We collect your email address and password when you create an account. We process email content you submit to the Service in order to extract structured data. We collect usage data including parse counts and webhook configurations.
We use your email address to authenticate your account and send transactional emails. We process email content solely to provide the parsing service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Emails submitted to InboxSift are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to extract structured data. Email content is stored in our database temporarily. Parsed data is retained in your dashboard history. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
We use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, SendGrid for email handling, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI parsing. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Parsed data is delivered to webhook URLs you configure. You are responsible for the security and privacy practices of the systems receiving webhook data. InboxSift is not responsible for how third-party systems handle delivered data.
Parse job history is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may export your parse history from the dashboard. You may cancel your account at any time.
We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
InboxSift is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
