By accessing or using InboxSift ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
InboxSift is an AI-powered email parsing service that extracts structured data from emails and delivers it to user-specified webhook endpoints. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use InboxSift to process Protected Health Information (PHI), personally identifiable financial information subject to PCI-DSS, or any data whose processing would violate applicable law. You may not use the Service to process spam, conduct phishing, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
Email content submitted to InboxSift is processed by AI to extract structured data. Raw email content is stored temporarily. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
InboxSift is NOT HIPAA compliant and must not be used to process Protected Health Information (PHI) or any medical or healthcare data. Use of the Service for PHI is a violation of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.
Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Pro accounts are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
InboxSift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
